At Alcôve Hair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair care journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
